Load indocator lamps, pay load monitoring system

Operators who are loading material on a dump truck often overload the dumpers with materials, causing damage to it. Operators use to visually judge the weight on a dumper while they load it. Since, kind of material loaded on the dumper varies, it is very difficult to judge the load on to it. The new system is a load indicator, that informs the operator about the load condition of the dumper- 50%, 75% and 100%. The system automatically flashes lights depending on the load on the dumper.
